A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay the colour is brilliant bright pink with aromas of fresh crushed raspberry, cherry and blackberry fruit. With a fine persistent mousse the palate strikes a nice balance of velvety texture, fresh and crisp red fruit and an elegant, full-bodied taste. Sip with fruit salad or smoked salmon.
