Showing lovely restraint and elegance, the 2021 Perpetua hints at popcorn and reductive flinty notes then makes way for fresh white peach and hazelnut. The palate is pure fruited with discreet green apple balancing out bolder yellow plum. It builds in textural complexity from lees and well-integrated oak.
