Yellow Crane is a well-known brand in central China, and the 1F designation identifies this as one of their premium offerings. Baijiu has been made in China since the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). Distilled from high-quality sorghum, glutinous rice, rice, wheat and corn, this clear, full-bodied, balanced baijiu features dried fruit, earthy and floral tones.
