Tasting Notes

The black cherry and plum aromas with hints of toasted oak and cedar are very attractive on the nose. Some dried flowers. Full-bodied with fine tannins and a powerful palate of al dente fruit, including cherry, citrus and mineral character. Chewy and structured yet fresh and crunchy.
