Tasting Notes
Inspired by their Peruvian heritage, sisters Melanie and Lizzie Asher set out to create a Pisco that would give back to Peru. It's made entirely from the quebranta grape and distilled in copper pot stills. Anticipate aromas of lime peel, white pepper, cinnamon, yuzu and soft vanilla with a lovely finish. Try with ceviche.
