Persian Empire Distillery brings us their value-driven dark rum from Peterborough, Ontario. Deep nut brown and aged in charred barrels with caramel and molasses; pleasant aromas of vanilla with perceived sweetness yet a dry finish. The ginger and lime of a Dark 'n Stormy would be a delightful match for this rum.
