Tasting Notes
This delightful blend of Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Marsanne, Mauzac, Muscat and Clairette is well worth checking out. The unique orange-gold colour, the rich texture, and the complex depth of candied peach, citrus, toasted nut and characterful bitterness are born of the extended grape-skin and stalk contact that occurs during fermentation. This will evolve through 2026.
