This dram is inspired by the famous Johnnie Walker Black Label. The elevated nuances are due to ageing in heavily charred casks. Expect clove, smoke, raisins and apple notes. Extra tones of orange and vanilla lead to a bold and sweet, smoky finish. Try in a highball glass with soda, a lemon wedge and rosemary.
