One of very few Sauvignon Blancs produced in the cooler, wetter Jonkershoek Valley, Amica is a naturally fermented white that sees 20% new wood. Tangy, elegant and showing aromas of white pepper, grapefruit and elderflower, subtle vanilla spice and a creamy mid palate. Beautifully judged. Drink date: 2021-2025.
