Xinomavro (ksee-NOH-mah-vroh) creates famously structured, ageable wines with superb balance and freshness. This 100% Xinomavro has silky but firm tannins and offers aromas and flavours of ripe red berry, cherry, plum, and sun-dried tomato, with beautifully integrated black olive, gentle oak spice and black pepper. Food-friendly and appealing, it's a classic match for lamb and will be great with a roast beef dinner.
