The benchmark Fino for Canada, Tio Pepe continues to meet expectations with its intense briny, bread dough, yeast, lemon, green apple and green olive notes. The palate is crisp and fresh with lemon juice, lemon zest, olive, yeast and mineral notes with a long finish begging for some toasted nuts, brined olives or little deep fried fish.
