Located near the banks of the Ottawa River, Dunrobin Distilleries crafts this balanced whisky using a blend of wheat, corn, and rye. It shows honeyed notes of cereal grain and apricot on the nose. Flavours of toasted vanilla and toffee are apparent on the smooth finish. Serve this neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail.
