Tasting Notes

The 2020 Capo Martino is sweetly herbal, with mint and sage nuances giving way to crushed apples and chamomile. This envelops the palate with silky, nearly oily textures complemented by a lovely inner sweetness and then further complicated by zesty green citrus. This finishes remarkably fresh and mouthwatering with traces of candied lime. I'm enjoying the balance of acidity and residual sugar here in this Friuli Bianco. Drinking window: 2023-2028.
