Tasting Notes

Pleasing aromas of gooseberry, savoury herbs and citrus abound. A tang-infused flow of lemon zest, gooseberry jelly and tart lime juice envelop the palate adorned by wisps of saline minerality. It's medium bodied with good mouthfeel and a crisp, clean and refreshing finish and aftertaste. Pour on its own as a thirst-quenching summer sipper or pour alongside arugula tossed in olive oil and generously topped with crumbled chèvre. (Vic Harradine,winecurrent.com,15 août 2020)
