This uniquely Canadian spirit is a marriage of three independently aged whiskies, finished in Canadian oak after blending. Aromas of maple, raisin, vanilla and banana leap from the evolving nose, while the palate sings flavours of butter cream, pepper, walnut and smoke. Complex and well-balanced, it is best enjoyed neat.
