This single malt has been matured in sherry and bourbon casks for 15 years, moved to first-fill Oloroso butts for 12 years, then released once at its best and considered a worthy legacy. Flavours of raisins, toffee and maple syrup with licorice and orange peel. Lengthy finish with scented wood notes and warming peat smoke.
