Tasting Notes

This unoaked wine is a blend of Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo, which are the three grapes used to make Cava. It's balanced, lifted and fresh, with quite intense white flower tones on the nose. It offers snappy citrus, pear, apple, and a chalky, saline, mineral-laden finish. Great for vegan sushi, seafood, or sipping. It's the perfect choice for a romantic dinner.
