Tasting Notes

Apple core, sweet spice and spring blooms light up the nose. The velvety texture and generous fruit concentration are compelling. It's a bit less complex than usual, but it certainly doesn't disappoint. With a bit more time, it may grow in flavor depth, too. This is from the highest portion of Guillaume's Fourchaume vines, and it lights up the back palate with almost nervous acidity. (Christy Canterbury, MW,timatkin.com,Burgundy Special Report 2023)
