Tasting Notes

2020 Ontario Brewery Award Winner in the Strong British Ale category. This traditional Scotch ale, or Wee Heavy, uses imported ingredients from Scotland. Look for malt-driven notes of caramel and raisin, followed by rich flavours of molasses and licorice. Pair with strong smoked cheeses or dark chocolate.
