Tasting Notes
A unique, local sparkling rosé made from the gamay grape. Bright pink in colour with lovely bubbles. Shows perfumed floral aroma and flavours of fresh, tart berries with notes of citrus and mineral. The palate is dry, fruity and rich with refreshing acidity and fine effervescence. Enjoy as an aperitif or with appetizers.
