Tasting Notes

A food-inviting sour, it pours a hazy pomegranate colour into the glass. It has pomegranate, lime, vanilla and blood orange notes. Delightful and refreshing on the palate, it is medium-bodied and tart with a long finish. Try with southwest chicken and caramelized onions flatbread or white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake.
