All chardonnay, of course, and matured in stainless steel, this is a lovely Mâcon - a too little-known region of Burgundy - that delivers layered fruit in the peach and pear ranges. The acidity is bright, refreshing and well balanced, setting it up as a very good food wine. Enjoy this while it has its youthful freshness: drink now to 2026. Score - 91. (Rod Phillips, Dec. 2023)
