This lively, fun sparkling Riesling comprises select hand-picked grapes from Back 10's own vineyard. These grapes are a 50/50 split of the Alsatian 239 Riesling clone and Niagara's famous "Weiss" clone 21B. Minimal skin contact preserves the purity and integrity of the juice, revealing apple, melon, pear and mineral. Fresh, vibrant and balanced.
