Tasting Notes

The brewery gets its name from a disparaging term used to describe the early settlement known as York, now known as Toronto. This tasty porter exudes notes of roasted marshmallow, dark chocolate, vanilla and a hint of wood smoke. Full-bodied and roasted, with a long, viscous finish. Serve with beef stew or chocolate cake.
