Tasting Notes

Introducing itself with delicate aromas of red berry fruit and kitchen spice, it washes over the palate with mixed red berry fruit, sour cherry and sprigs of savory herbs and spice. It's medium bodied and finishes up framed by good moderating acidity and perceptible tannin. Aerate/decant for two hours pouring alongside pulled pork slathered with mild salsa.
