The Fat Man honours a local legend who, along with his dog, would greet all comers to the Franschhoek train station, offering a friendly smile and an interesting anecdote. This floral wine shows ripe black and red fruit, spice and dried herbs. The grippy, structured tannins and food-friendly acidity make this Pinotage a flavourful option for braised pork ribs or vegan mushroom bourguignon.
