Niagara-on-the-Lake affords producers with gentle slopes and varied soil types, but above all, they enjoy the influence of Lake Ontario, the Niagara River and the Niagara Escarpment. These bodies of water play significant roles in moderating and defining the climate here. This Pinot has a wealth of cherry, beetroot and herbal tones in a soft, silky package.
