This brewery is set in an old post office in Bobcaygeon, Ontario. Pouring deep amber in colour, with inviting aromas and flavours of grapefruit, hops, oranges and malt. Medium-bodied and flavourful, with lively carbonation, enjoy this refreshingly crisp beer with grilled cauliflower topped with maple-bacon chutney.
