Tasting Notes

This expresses a lovely nose that immediately reminds of a ripe red Bordeaux. It nicely brings together ripe raspberry/blackberry, fresh herbs/cedar, fine oak spice and a touch of mushroom. It is medium weight, quite elegant and sophisticated. The tannins are notably stringent but not green. The length is very good to excellent.
