The 2023 Chablis growing season saw troubling periods of rain and humidity, raising disease concerns. But the weather improved drama tically in late August and perfect conditions reigned through the final maturation of the grapes and the harvest, producing fruit of ideal vitality and freshness with striking minerality. This wine has the potential to evolve into the early 2030s. Enjoy it with seafood or vegan salmon.
