Matured in ex-bourbon and double-fired American oak casks, this Highland malt is gentle and charismatic. With soft aromas of iodine, smoke, honey and vanilla and subtle flavours of honey, vanilla, seaweed and smoke anchored by a creamy mouthfeel and a long finish, the seduction is complete. Enjoy neat with seared scallops.
