The wickedly fresh NV Extra Brut Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige 48 Edizione bursts from the glass with a captivating mix of crushed green apples, candied lime, basil and nuances of fermented ginger. This is silken in feel, with a wave of soothingly soft bubbles offset by a core of zesty acidity as crisp orchard fruits cascade across the palate.
